Query a GTF file by coordinates

This will return the gene (or genes) present in a given genome region.

Usage: gtfutils query {options} filename.gtf{.gz} chrom:start-end

Options:
    -transcripts    show transcripts
    -exons          show exons
    -regions        show reduced regions
